Sr Emergency Response Support
We are seeking a Sr Emergency Response Support who will Contribute to implementation and maintenance of the TEPRH Emergency Response Management System (ER Plans, Medevac, Evacuation Plan, Bridging Documents, OSCP, Procedures, Training) for the affiliate and GGIP- Ensure ER facilities and equipment are ready and operational (crisis rooms, fire extinguishers, AEDs etc)
- Support the Emergency Response Management System, plans, procedures, and training.
- Ensure emergency equipment and facilities are operational.
- Coordinate emergency drills, inspections, and contingency plan implementation.
- Monitor ER KPIs, reports, and corrective actions.
- Support crisis response readiness and Duty Manager activities.
- Deliver emergency response training and awareness sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and medical services to improve emergency preparedness.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent (Level 7).
- 10+ years of experience in emergency response, crisis management, or HSE.
- Strong knowledge of incident management, emergency preparedness, and oil spill response.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and organisational skills.
- Strong analytical, prioritisation, and teamwork abilities.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- No specific certification required.
