HSE Manager Solar Project

•  Support implementation and maintenance of the Emergency Response Management System across TEPRH and GGIP.
• Develop and update emergency response plans, procedures, contingency plans, and bridging documents.
• Ensure emergency response equipment and facilities are operational and inspection-ready.
• Coordinate emergency drills, site inspections, KPI reporting, and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Support crisis management, emergency preparedness, and Duty Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver emergency response training and competency development for personnel and contractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, medical services, and crisis management stakeholders to strengthen emergency response capabilities.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Level 7) or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in emergency response, crisis management, or HSE.
• Strong knowledge of incident management, emergency preparedness, and oil spill response.
• Ability to analyse and present information effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and organisational skills.
• Strong teamwork, prioritisation, and ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• No specific certification required.
