Safety OPS Support

• Support implementation of the HSE Management System across projects and operations.
• Develop and update HSE procedures, plans, and safety documentation.
• Review PTW, JRA, Method Statements, and contractor safety documents.
• Support safe site operations through inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and safety coaching.
• Ensure compliance with permit conditions and site safety requirements.
• Assist with E-Permit implementation and SIMOPS coordination.
• Support occupational health, hazardous substances, lifting, and construction safety controls.
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action tracking.
• Deliver HSE training, awareness sessions, and safety communications.
• Monitor HSE performance, report KPIs, and promote continuous improvement and safety culture. 

Requirements

• Degree in Safety, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–10 years of HSE experience in the oil and gas industry, including construction, production, or drilling operations.
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation, standards, and company procedures.
• Experience with SIMOPS and/or leading site teams is an advantage.
• Trained in accident and incident investigation.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills in multicultural environments.
• Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Valid and current medical certification.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
