HSE Manager
We are seeking a competent HSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental activities for construction projects in KSA. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to Diriyah projects or Diriyah approval, with hands-on experience implementing HSE procedures in line with project and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong site presence, practical safety management skills, and the ability to support project teams in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor project HSE plans and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with KSA regulations and Diriyah project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments.
- Lead toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
- Monitor daily HSE performance and prepare reports.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with client representatives and authorities on HSE matters.
- Promote a proactive safety culture on site.
Requirements
- NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory).
- 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction or EPC projects.
- Experience in Diriyah projects or holding Diriyah approval (preferred).
- Good knowledge of KSA HSE regulations and international standards.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage site-level HSE activities independently.
Preferred
- IOSH or additional safety certifications (advantage).
- Experience in medium to large-scale construction projects in KSA.
