Head of Procurement
We are seeking a Head of Procurement who will Ensure procurement activities support safe and compliant operations who will promote HSE standards across suppliers and procurement processes.
- Lead procurement operations and material supply chain activities.
- Manage sourcing, purchasing, suppliers, and contracts.
- Ensure material availability and inventory optimization.
- Drive cost efficiency and procurement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and HSE standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Improve procurement processes and SAP systems.
- Manage confidentiality of commercial and supplier information.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- Strong expertise in procurement, material management, and supply chain optimization.
- Proficiency in SAP and procurement systems.
- Experience in industrial or project environments, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Experience working in multinational organizations.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory); French is an advantage.
