Cost Control Manager

Cost Control Manager with strong EPC experience in budgeting, cost monitoring, forecasting, and financial reporting. Skilled in controlling project costs, analyzing variances, optimizing expenditures, and ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets and contractual requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor project costs and commitments against approved budgets.
  • Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare periodic cost control reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project, procurement, planning, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.
  • Review contractor and supplier invoices, variations, and claims.
  • Support project forecasting, estimation, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and financial procedures.
  • Identify cost risks and opportunities to improve project profitability.
  • Assist in preparing project progress and management presentations


Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Proven experience in cost control within EPC or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and project financial management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and cost control software.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of EPC contracts and project execution processes
