Sales Coordinator

Interacting with customers on enquiries and follow-ups.

Preparing Quotations for the Hotel Service / Material Handling / Airport & Access Control Divisions.

Order Processing – Entering order in SAP, liaison with Wanzl Head office & Factory on delivery time and documentations.

Coordinate with customers on deliveries wherever required.

Monitor and follow-up of outstanding payments.

To support Sales Manager & BDM to achieve the annual sales target for the division.

A clear understanding of company’s internal systems - SAP.

A clear understanding of company’s commercial terms & conditions.

Product knowledge.

Ensure clear dispatch instructions & follow-up to ensure timely dispatches.

Build-up product and application knowledge for every product. preparing presentations, product positioning, FAB analysis.

Build-up database with contact details of key contacts in each account. MIS and Data Management.

To support Marketing activities, sending mailers, product descriptions and salient features to all listed accounts when required.

Requirements

Diploma/ Degree holder

Worked in similar role or at least 3 to 5 years of Sales Support or Customer Service experience.

Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

Shall possess Customer Service skills (friendly, courteous and confident).

SAP knowledge and experience.

Proactive and works independently.

Must have strong commitment to company values and the ability to work in a team and sales driven environment.

Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.

Ability to efficiently organize and manage multiple priorities.

Must possess computer proficiency and keyboarding skills including familiarity with the computer programs of Word and Excel.

Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
