Logistics Executive
Manage end-to-end logistics, order fulfillment, shipping, transportation, and delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customers, and customs for international shipments, Jebel Ali clearance, and GCC deliveries. Maintain accurate warehouse records, shipment tracking, and management reports while improving logistics processes and customer satisfaction.
Manage activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle, ensuring orders are delivered to end-users efficiently and on time.
Streamline shipping and transportation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Possess a thorough understanding of logistics procedures for materials entering and exiting Jebel Ali.
Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
Handle shipping documents for shipments from the Far East & Europe to the Middle East, and Africa.
Oversee shipment clearance procedures in Jebel Ali and other GCC countries.
Arrange transportation and coordinate delivery schedules with freight forwarders and customers.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, retailers, and customers to secure profitable deals and ensure mutual satisfaction.
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
Maintain accurate logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders (Warehouse Management)
Prepare detailed and accurate reports for upper management.
Requirements
Degree holder in a relevant field or Certification in Logistics & Supply Chain.
A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using logistics software, particularly SAP.
Knowledgeable about laws, regulations, and ISO requirements, especially JAFZA.
