Receptionist

We are seeking a receptionist who will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional environment, managing front desk activities, and performing administrative support tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Manage visitor logbooks, issue visitor badges, and maintain security protocols.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating office events and meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies and notify management when stock is low.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned by the Office or Administration Manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk officer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, calendar management).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service orientation and friendly personality.
