Receptionist
We are seeking a receptionist who will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional environment, managing front desk activities, and performing administrative support tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Manage visitor logbooks, issue visitor badges, and maintain security protocols.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Assist in coordinating office events and meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned by the Office or Administration Manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk officer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, calendar management).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service orientation and friendly personality.
