Logistics Manager
We are seeking a Logistics Manager to define and implement the logistics strategy supporting operations and projects, while overseeing all transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and supply chain activities.
- Lead end-to-end logistics operations for large-scale industrial projects, covering transport, warehousing, supply chain, and fleet management.
- Manage large teams, vehicle fleets, material supply, inventory, and personnel movements in complex environments.
- Oversee logistics contracts, tenders, and service providers, ensuring cost efficiency and operational performance.
- Ensure seamless logistics integration with drilling, field operations, and projects.
- Drive KPI performance, continuous improvement, and local workforce development to ensure operational continuity.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent, with 15+ years of experience in oil & gas logistics or large-scale industrial environments.
- Strong expertise in logistics operations, supply chain, inventory management, transport, warehousing, and contract management.
- Proficient in logistics systems and SAP.
- Proven operational leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experienced in working within complex, high-pressure, and multinational environments.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
