Human Capital Senior Associate-Emirati

We are seeking a Human Capital Associate to support the operational side of the Human Capital function, with a strong focus on HR reporting, Excel-based analysis, Oracle or similar HR systems, and day-to-day HR operations. The role is suitable for a UAE National professional with hands-on experience in HR operations and strong comfort working with data, reports, dashboards, and HR systems.

Execute daily HR operations including employee data updates, record maintenance, and system transactions

Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems and ensure data integrity at all times

ERP / HR System Support

Work with Oracle or similar HR systems to process, review, and extract HR-related information.

Support system-based HR workflows, requests, and employee-related transactions.

Ensure information entered or extracted from the system is accurate and aligned with HR requirements.

Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve system-related gaps, missing information, or inconsistencies.

Support reporting activities by using data available from Oracle or similar HR platforms.

Requirements

UAE National.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

4–5 years of experience in Human Capital, HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.

Strong experience in HR reporting and Excel.

Experience using Oracle or similar HR systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling reports and HR information.

Ability to organize information clearly and produce structured reports.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and following up on operational matters.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
