HR & Admin Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Administrative Assistant with experience in HR operations, particularly recruitment. The ideal candidate will support daily HR functions, assist in talent acquisition processes, and ensure smooth administrative operations within the organization.
HR Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and handle correspondence
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR operations, especially recruitment
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
