Senior Construction Engineer Electrical

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer – Electrical to manage and oversee electrical and control works for EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector, including ADNOC projects. The role is responsible for ensuring construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical and control construction activities on site
• Ensure compliance with EPC project requirements and ADNOC standards
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams
• Monitor progress, manpower, and productivity of electrical works
• Review drawings, method statements, and work plans
• Resolve site issues related to electrical and control systems
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities
• Report construction progress and risks to project management

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Proven experience as Senior Construction Engineer (Electrical) in EPC Oil & Gas projects
• Experience with electrical and control systems
• Prior experience on ADNOC projects is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of construction standards and site coordination
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
