Head of Planning

• Extensive experience in construction planning and scheduling, including leadership of large-scale project portfolios.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, critical path analysis, resource-loaded schedules, recovery planning, and EOT claims.
• Proven ability to manage planning teams, establish governance frameworks, and drive performance improvement.
• Strong understanding of delay analysis, contractual entitlements, and the commercial impact of project delays.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership, Clients, and Consultants.
• Ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects, identify schedule risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in construction planning and scheduling, including leadership of large-scale projects and multi-project portfolios.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Strong expertise in project scheduling, critical path analysis, progress monitoring, recovery planning, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Proven experience leading and developing planning teams within a contracting environment.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, delay analysis, and schedule-related commercial and contractual matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging Clients, Consultants, and senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, identify schedule risks, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
