Acceptability & Communication Manager

We are seeking a Acceptability & Communication Manager who will define and implement the communication and stakeholder engagement strategy, and lead internal and external communications (media, digital, corporate messaging, events)

  • Define and implement communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Lead internal and external communications, including media, digital, and events.
  • Manage reputation topics and crisis communications.
  • Build relationships with media, authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop corporate content, press releases, and executive messaging.
  • Ensure consistent corporate messaging and standards.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and project acceptability initiatives.
  • Coordinate communications across teams and entities.
  • Promote HSE culture through communication activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive corporate information. 

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, or equivalent.
  • 8–12 years of experience in corporate communications.
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, media relations, and reputation management.
  • Experience in crisis communication and strategic messaging.
  • Strong skills in content creation and communication strategy.
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate in sensitive and high-pressure environments.
  • Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
  • Experience in multinational or complex institutional environments.
  • Good understanding of regional dynamics and communication challenges.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory); French is an advantage.
