Site Piping Supervisor
We are seeking a Site Piping Supervisor responsible for overseeing and supporting on-site construction activities with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The role requires close coordination with contractors, engineering teams, and project support functions to ensure that all construction activities are executed in compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and H3SE standards.
- Act as a proactive, team-oriented member of the CPF-2 Site Construction team
- Review and provide input on construction procedures and method statements to improve constructability
- Ensure contractors comply with technical, safety, environmental, and contractual requirements
- Maintain effective working relationships with contractors while enforcing project standards and procedures
- Supervise and control PVV (Pre-commissioning, Verification, and Validation) activities on site
- Verify the fitness of contractor equipment and adequacy of personnel mobilization/demobilization
- Identify and report HSE concerns related to site activities and equipment
- Report quality control issues and coordinate with the QC team for resolution
- Monitor construction progress and provide updates to construction and project support teams
- Assist in resolving short-term co-activity and site coordination issues
- Support field engineering teams in resolving site-related technical challenges
- Contribute to optimizing construction sequences and support recovery planning when needed
- Participate in meetings with contractors and internal project stakeholders
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across the site
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior in H3SE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) practices
- Adhere strictly to company ethics, code of conduct, and confidentiality requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project objectives
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry or Heavy industries with similar large-scale projects and context in Contract, Engineering and Construction activities for Onshore (or Onshore yards) projects,
• Degree: Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical disciplines,
• Proven track records of several successful assignments on similar site positions. Technical competencies:
• Broad Piping, Valving and Vessel technical experience across all aspects of major Surface Facilities project development,
• Sound knowledge and experience in other disciplines (notably Mechanical, Civil and E&I) of Engineering and Construction for Onshore and Nearshore projects is considered a plus,
• Vast and concrete knowledge of monitoring of large Oil&Gas EPC Contractors at site,
