NWP Well pad HSE Supervisor
We are seeking a NWP Well pad HSE Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements at the well pad, ensuring compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations. The role focuses on site safety inspections, risk assessment.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety observations, and risk assessments.
- Ensure safe execution of drilling, well intervention, construction, and maintenance activities.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and HSE awareness activities.
- Monitor Permit to Work, Job Safety Analysis, and other critical safety controls.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure proper emergency preparedness and response at the wellpad.
- Monitor the use of PPE and compliance with safe working practices.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams to maintain HSE standards.
- Prepare HSE reports, track performance indicators, and communicate issues to management.
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuously improve HSE performance.
Requirements
- Work Schedule: WSC Local Rotational
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in a high-hazard industry.
- Relevant experience in Construction, Oil & Gas, or Onshore Plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and site safety requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-risk and demanding operational environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
