HSE Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across industrial project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify potential workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations and project safety requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare relevant reports.
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and contractors to address safety concerns.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement in site safety.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in HSE / Occupational Health & Safety.
• Previous experience working on industrial projects is essential.
• Good knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, and safety procedures.
• Experience conducting site inspections, safety audits, and incident investigations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Relevant HSE qualification or certification is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with different project teams.
