Foreman - Mechanical (pipeline)

We are looking for a Mechanical Foreman (Pipeline) to supervise pipeline construction activities for ADNOC Projects. The candidate will support site operations, coordinate manpower, and ensure all pipeline works are executed safely and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pipeline installation, fit-up, alignment, and welding activities.
• Coordinate daily tasks for welders, fitters, and helpers.
• Ensure work is performed as per approved drawings and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with ADNOC HSE and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress and report to site supervisor/engineer.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of experience in pipeline construction projects.
• Experience in oil & gas projects (ADNOC experience is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of pipeline installation and mechanical works.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Strong teamwork and basic leadership skills.
• Technical diploma or trade certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
