Data Scientist / AI Engineer

• Develop machine learning and statistical models using enterprise data.
• Build forecasting, predictive analytics, classification, optimization, and other analytical solutions.
• Develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions.
• Work with generative AI, large language models, and AI agents where applicable.
• Prepare, clean, transform, and analyze datasets for analytical and machine learning use cases.
• Evaluate model performance, accuracy, reliability, and business relevance.
• Develop model validation, monitoring, and improvement processes.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data availability and quality.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify and develop AI/ML use cases.
• Translate analytical results into actionable business insights.
• Support the deployment and integration of AI/ML models into applications and business workflows.
• Document models, methodologies, assumptions, and results.
• Stay current with developments in AI, machine learning, and data science.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, forecasting, or predictive analytics.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or AI workflow development is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data preparation, model evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience working with large datasets and data processing technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to business stakeholders.
