About Civil Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site workers, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring that work is carried out according to project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on experience, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and schedules.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and labor to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor material usage, labor productivity, and site safety compliance.
• Ensure proper implementation of construction methods and quality standards.
• Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, manpower logs, and incident reports.
• Resolve minor technical/site issues and escalate complex problems to site engineers.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.

Requirements

Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

5+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in civil/infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, drawings, and materials.

Proven ability to manage labor teams and coordinate site activities effectively.

Familiarity with HSE standards and site safety procedures.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Basic computer literacy and reporting skills.
