About Bim Manager

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient BIM Manager to lead and oversee the implementation and coordination of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across our engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up BIM workflows, ensuring compliance with standards, managing multidisciplinary coordination, and supporting the project delivery team with digital solutions that enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of BIM execution plans across projects.
• Manage BIM coordination among architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Oversee model accuracy, clash detection, and timely updates using tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Establish and maintain company BIM standards, templates, and protocols aligned with ISO 19650 or equivalent.
• Provide technical support and BIM training to project teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure BIM integration into project workflows.
• Drive innovation in digital construction practices including 4D/5D BIM, model-based estimation, and coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.

6+ years of experience in BIM roles with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial capacity.

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other BIM tools.

Strong knowledge of BIM standards and workflows (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192).

Proven experience in leading model coordination and clash detection meetings.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate across disciplines.

Familiarity with construction sequencing, cost integration (5D), and as-built modeling is a plus.
