Store Keeper

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials and supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP software
• Issue materials to site teams according to approved requests
• Monitor stock levels and prepare reorder requests when necessary
• Perform regular stock counts and inventory audits
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials and equipment
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Track material movements, transfers, and returns
• Ensure compliance with company safety and warehouse procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
• Verify delivery notes, invoices, and material documentation
• Update stock transactions in ERP systems accurately and timely
• Generate inventory and consumption reports from ERP
• Monitor material codes, item master data, and stock accuracy
• Coordinate with accounts and procurement departments through ERP workflows
• Support implementation and improvement of inventory control procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in the construction industry
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Good knowledge of construction materials and warehouse operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of inventory control and material management
• Familiarity with construction site operations
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Basic understanding of safety standards in warehouses and construction sites
