Sr. Credit Controller - Emirati

• Request and reconcile insurer statements, ensuring all client premium payments are accurately recorded and up to date.
• Follow up with clients to secure timely premium collections and prevent policy cancellations, suspensions, or interruptions.
• Provide regular updates to insurers on collection status and expected remittances.
• Handle escalations from clients, insurers, and internal teams, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Request and manage receipt vouchers from insurers, sharing them with clients and relevant internal departments.
• Respond promptly to queries from clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders regarding premium status and account balances.
• Conduct regular meetings with brokers and sales teams to review outstanding premiums, align on priorities, and clear aged balances.
• Support process improvements, enhance collection tracking systems, and ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or within the insurance industry.
• Strong reconciliation and account management skills, with the ability to handle complex, multi-party accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
