Plastic Surgeon
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Surgeon to join a leading aesthetic and medical clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures, with a focus on delivering natural, high-quality patient outcomes.The role requires a hands-on practitioner who can independently manage consultations, perform advanced procedures, and contribute to the clinic’s growth in aesthetic and regenerative medicine services.
- Conduct patient consultations and develop tailored treatment plans
- Perform a wide range of plastic and aesthetic procedures including:
- Hair transplant (FUE/FUT preferred experience)
- Facial aesthetic surgery and minor reconstructive procedures
- Non-surgical treatments (fillers, Botox, skin rejuvenation, etc.)
- Oversee pre- and post-operative patient care and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with medical standards, safety protocols, and DHA regulations
- Work closely with dermatology and aesthetic teams to deliver integrated treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Contribute to clinic reputation through high-quality patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
- Board-certified Plastic Surgeon (mandatory)
- DHA license or eligibility to obtain DHA license
- Strong experience in hair transplant procedures (FUE/FUT preferred)
- Proven expertise in aesthetic medicine, including injectables (Botox, fillers) and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Strong patient consultation, communication, and expectation management skills
- Excellent surgical precision and advanced aesthetic judgment
- Professional, ethical, and patient-focused with strong clinical integrity
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, natural-looking outcomes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset
