We are seeking an experienced Chocolate Master to spearhead the development and launch of a chocolate brand and lead it.


This role will be responsible for establishing the chocolate production facility from the ground up, including sourcing equipment, setting up processes, recruiting and training the production team, and overseeing day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will ensure the consistent production of premium, high-quality chocolate products while driving innovation through continuous new product development.


The position also requires regular international travel to source fine cocoa and specialty ingredients, as well as to stay abreast of global chocolate trends and industry best practices.


The chocolate brand will be fully integrated into the retail operations and distributed across all outlets, positioning it as a key pillar of the company’s growth and product portfolio
