Catering Chef & Manager

We are seeking an experienced Catering Chef & Manager with a proven track record in planning and delivering large-scale catering events. This is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing the full catering function, from concept to execution.


Key responsibilities include:

Leading menu planning, development, and execution for large-scale and high-profile events.

The role encompasses full responsibility for menu execution, operational planning, client coordination, and end-to-end event management.

Building, training, and leading a dedicated catering team.

Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, efficiency, and service delivery.

Overseeing on-site event management and troubleshooting as needed.

Driving the growth, performance, and expansion of the catering division.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational capabilities, and a confident client-facing presence.

In addition, this position will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of the catering division.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in catering and event management, with exposure to large-scale events.
  • Proven experience in both culinary execution and operational management.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to independently manage on-site events while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
