Accounts Manager

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Manage patient billing, invoicing, receipts, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain accurate financial records in line with internal policies and procedures
• Prepare and review MIS reports, revenue analysis, and expense statements
• Coordinate with reception and operations teams for daily and monthly revenue reconciliation
• Ensure accurate accounting and documentation of treatment packages, discounts, and refunds
• Manage vendor payments, petty cash, and bank transactions
• Lead, mentor, and supervise an accounting team of 8 members
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and financial regulations
• Apply IFRS principles for revenue recognition, expenses, and accruals
• Assist in the preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants for reporting and disclosures
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (CA, CPA, or ACCA) is an advantage
• Proven experience in healthcare or medical center accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS compliance and financial reporting
• Experience in billing, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management experience
