Key responsibilities include analyzing parking volume data, optimizing team schedules for peak periods, and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and local regulations. The Valet General Manager coordinates VIP arrivals at high-profile events, manages logistics for hospital valet stands, and provides hands-on leadership to maintain consistent service standards across varied client environments.
Acting as the primary liaison with property partners, the manager negotiates contracts, delivers performance reviews, and ensures adherence to service level agreements. The role also involves expertise in revenue management—ranging from dynamic pricing strategies to ancillary service offerings—alongside risk mitigation for high-value vehicle handling. Additional duties include overseeing shuttle fleet management, implementing loss prevention measures, and driving customer satisfaction through mystery shop programs. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
7+ years of experience managing multi-site valet or parking operations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate large teams
Knowledge of luxury service protocols and high-value vehicle handling procedures
Proficiency in operational technology (valet ticketing systems, GPS tracking, scheduling software)
Experience in revenue management and contract negotiation
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication, client relations, and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of insurance compliance, local regulations, and safety standards
