Helps prepare and submit bids, tenders, and proposals by collecting documents, coordinating with different departments, and making sure all requirements from the client are met. Organises technical and commercial details to create well-structured and professional proposal packages. 
  • Collect and organise information needed for tender and proposal submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs.
  • Ensure proposals meet client requirements and follow submission guidelines.
  • Track tender deadlines and make sure all documents are ready on time.
  • Assist in reviewing proposals for accuracy before submission.
  • Maintain records and templates of previous bids for future use.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in tendering, proposals, or administrative coordination, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of tender processes and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple submissions.
