Leads the recruitment process from strategy to hiring, ensuring the organization attracts and secures top talent for its needs. Works closely with hiring managers to define requirements, source candidates, conduct interviews, and provide a smooth and positive experience for applicants.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Understanding of UAE labor laws and hiring practices.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and profiles.
- Use various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.
- Oversee employer branding activities to attract quality candidates.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with UAE labor laws and regulations.
