Oversees all supply chain activities, including procurement, production, and delivery, to ensure products reach customers on time and at the right cost. Builds and maintains strong relationships with suppliers, manages inventory, and develops strategies to improve efficiency and reduce expenses without compromising quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
5–7 years’ experience in supply chain management, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of supply chain systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Familiarity with UAE customs procedures and trade regulations.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Plan and manage procurement, production, and logistics operations.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Work with internal teams to coordinate production schedules and deliveries.
- Identify and address potential supply chain risks.
- Use supply chain software to track and optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and company policies.
