The Senior Business Development Manager spearheads efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities within the KSA market. This role involves cultivating strong client relationships, preparing strategic proposals, and negotiating deals that enhance sustainable revenue growth and strengthen the company’s market presence.
In addition to client engagement, the Senior BD Manager collaborates with internal teams to ensure business objectives are aligned, analyzes competitive landscapes, and refines sales strategies to maximize impact. By leveraging market insights and industry networks, the manager plays a key role in positioning the company as a preferred partner in the region.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven track record in business development within KSA or GCC markets
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
In-depth understanding of market dynamics, cultural considerations, and business practices in KSA
Ability to develop strategic proposals and close high-value deals
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
Strong leadership and organizational skills with a results-driven mindset
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
