The Senior Business Development Manager leads strategic initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities in the Qatar market. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating tailored proposals, and negotiating contracts to support revenue growth and enhance market presence.
In addition to client engagement, the Senior BD Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategies, analyze market trends, and streamline sales processes. Leveraging industry knowledge and a proactive approach, this role plays a critical part in achieving long-term business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience in business development within Qatar or GCC markets
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of local market trends, cultural considerations, and business practices
Ability to create strategic proposals and close high-value contracts
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
Strong leadership and organizational abilities with a results-driven approach
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
