We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of HR services to businesses across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals in a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of HR services to businesses across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals in a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in need of HR solutions (recruitment, outsourcing, advisory)
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Present and tailor Fisher’s service offerings to client needs
- Prepare and deliver proposals and commercial offers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in selling HR or professional services is preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- UAE market knowledge and existing network of business contacts
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
