This role involves operating and maintaining rolling machines to shape or form metal products according to precise specifications. The operator sets up equipment, monitors production, makes necessary adjustments to maintain quality, and performs routine maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations. Precision, safety, and efficiency are the core focus areas.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or technical/vocational training in mechanical or manufacturing fields.
1-3 years of experience in machine operation, preferably in metal fabrication.
Familiarity with industrial rolling equipment and related tools.
Knowledge of safety procedures and mechanical troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an advantage.
Physically fit to handle operational demands.
Previous UAE or GCC manufacturing experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and calibrate rolling machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor operations and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machinery.
- Document production data, including output, quality checks, and machine performance.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve production issues.
- Adhere to workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
