The Receptionist/Sales combines front desk responsibilities with customer engagement and sales support. This role involves greeting guests, managing reservations or inquiries, and providing product or service information to encourage sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for delivering outstanding customer service and driving revenue.   • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in front desk, customer service, or sales roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic CRM systems
