We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and a proactive attitude to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently.As a Receptionist, you will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, manage appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a key role that contributes to a positive office environment and supports internal teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Manage front desk operations including receiving mail, deliveries, and managing couriers
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
