We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and a proactive attitude to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently.As a Receptionist, you will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, manage appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a key role that contributes to a positive office environment and supports internal teams.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage front desk operations including receiving mail, deliveries, and managing couriers
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Customer-service oriented mindset
