The Quality Control Manager leads the development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure all processes and deliverables meet established standards and client requirements. This role oversees quality assurance and control activities across projects, coordinating inspection teams, reviewing reports, and ensuring corrective actions are effectively executed. The manager plays a key role in maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
In addition to managing quality operations, the Quality Control Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of quality methodologies are essential to deliver high-quality outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
8+ years’ experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
Proven experience leading inspection teams and managing QA/QC processes
Proficiency in quality management software and reporting tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to implement corrective and preventive actions effectively
Experience in Qatar or Gulf region projects preferred
