workforce safety in isolated and challenging operational areas.
The paramedic serves as the on-site medical authority, maintaining emergency equipment, training first responders, and ensuring compliance with industry medical standards (OGUK, OSHA). The position requires specialized certifications in offshore survival (HUET), advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and toxicological emergencies. The professional collaborates with HSE teams to analyze incident trends, optimize medical response plans, and reduce preventable health risks. The paramedic’s dual role as clinician and safety advocate makes them indispensable for maintaining workforce readiness in an industry where rapid medical intervention is critical.
Valid Paramedic certification or license as per regional regulatory bodies.
Completion of accredited paramedic training program.
Proven experience in emergency medical services (EMS).
Ability to perform advanced life support and emergency medical procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical fitness and ability to handle stressful and physically demanding situations.
