The Human Resource Manager is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent across the organization. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance appraisals, compensation, and benefits programs to ensure a motivated and high-performing workforce. The HR Manager works closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
In addition to strategic planning, the HR Manager ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies, resolves workplace conflicts, and drives employee engagement and professional growth initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and exceptional organizational abilities to effectively manage HR operations and contribute to long-term organizational success.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications preferred)
6+ years of experience in HR management or a senior HR role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
Experience in developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management tools
