The HR Supervisor oversees daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance monitoring, and compliance with company policies. They manage employee records, support performance management processes, and assist in resolving employee relations issues. Acting as a liaison between management and staff, the HR Supervisor ensures smooth communication and adherence to HR procedures.
In addition to operational duties, the HR Supervisor helps implement HR initiatives, monitors workforce metrics, and supports training and development programs. This role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage HR functions and contribute to a positive and compliant workplace environment.
5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in industrial or project-based environments
Proven ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in performance management and workforce metrics monitoring
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
