The role:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused General Manager of Operations to lead our valet services division across the Middle East. Based in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai, this role is responsible for overseeing regional operations, nurturing client relationships, and driving service excellence across a portfolio of high-end hospitality clients.

Based in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai, this role is responsible for overseeing regional operations, nurturing client relationships, and driving service excellence across a portfolio of high-end hospitality clients.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the head of relationship management for over 150 hotel clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
- Lead the valet operations strategy across the region, aligning with company goals and hospitality standards.
- Manage and mentor the Senior Operations Manager and support the development of high-performing teams.
- Monitor service quality, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and service protocols.
- Collaborate with the MD on identifying growth opportunities and expanding the client base.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in hospitality or hotel operations, with exposure to valet services.
- Proven leadership experience in a client-facing operations role.
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest experience management.
- Highly presentable with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
