We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Representative to handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely and effective support across communication channels. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, ensure high levels of satisfaction, and act as the voice of the brand in daily interactions.
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to work in shifts or weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a professional and helpful manner.
- Resolve product or service issues promptly, following internal processes and escalation protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate responses.
- Identify and report recurring issues or trends to improve customer experience.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company values and service standards in all client interactions.
