The Construction Manager – Network is responsible for leading and supervising the delivery of large-scale infrastructure and utility network projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This includes overseeing underground and overhead systems such as electrical distribution, water, and telecommunications networks. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key duties include detailed project planning, coordinating multiple teams, monitoring site progress, and ensuring execution aligns with technical drawings and design specifications. The Construction Manager works closely with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage budgets, oversee material procurement, and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
This position also plays a critical role in risk management, quality assurance, and the enforcement of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures, contributing to the successful delivery of essential network infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or utility network projects
- Strong knowledge of underground and overhead network systems (e.g., electrical, water, telecommunications)
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, and procurement processes
- In-depth understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience in KSA or the GCC region preferred
