About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Sales & Marketing to drive growth in the general contracting, infrastructure, and power plant sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction and energy industries, strong local industry connections, and the ability to identify and secure high-value projects.

Responsibilities:

· Develop, execute business development strategies to expand and achieve organizational goals.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and projects.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key Government stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
· Support preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations.
· Support negotiating contracts and ensuring successful closing deals.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to align business goals with operational capabilities.
·  Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
·  Collaborate with relevant internal departments and senior management to achieve company growth objectives.    


Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
· 10 years of experience in business development/sales within general contracting, infrastructure, or power plant construction. (5+ years preferred with General Contractor). ·  Strong knowledge of the UAE construction market and industry.
·  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
·  Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
·  Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
·  Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
