The Business Development Manager (Marketing) focuses on expanding business opportunities by developing and executing marketing strategies that attract new clients and enhance brand visibility. They identify market trends, analyze competitor activities, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials. The role involves building strong client relationships and managing proposals to secure new projects.
In addition to driving marketing-driven growth, the BDM monitors campaign performance, participates in networking events, and supports brand positioning initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence. This position requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management to effectively grow the client portfolio and achieve business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in business development with a marketing focus
Strong understanding of market research, branding, and campaign execution
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
