Our client:
Our client is a Pediatric Rehabilitation Center Abu Dhabi that provides evidence-based early intervention, ABA therapy, learning-support-assistance services, speech & language, and psychology for children and young adults in the UAE with developmental difficulties of all kinds. Our treatments target functional communication, self-help, independent living skills, pre-academic readiness, and vocational productivity - thus supporting full community acceptance and inclusion.

Responsibilities:
• Implement one-on-one behavior therapy sessions with clients, following individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA.
• Use ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques such as positive reinforcement, prompting, and task analysis to teach and reinforce new skills.
• Address challenging behaviors through intervention strategies, ensuring a supportive and structured environment.
• Accurately record data on client behavior, responses, and progress during each session.
• Maintain organized records and submit data to the supervising BCBA for analysis and program adjustments.
• Work closely with the supervising BCBA to discuss client progress, challenges, and potential modifications to treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers, providing updates on client progress and strategies to support learning and behavior outside of therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA techniques and behavior therapy.
• Stay informed about best practices in ABA and relevant fields to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards in ABA practice, maintaining client confidentiality and promoting a safe and respectful therapy environment.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Diploma in related psycho-analysis field
• Valid DOH license or eligibility.
• Previous 2 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.
