Barista

A Barista prepares and serves coffee and related beverages in a café or restaurant setting. They ensure high-quality drink preparation while providing excellent customer service. The role includes operating coffee machines, managing inventory of coffee supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of the workstation. Baristas often create a welcoming atmosphere and engage with customers to enhance their experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso-based and other coffee drinks to standard recipes
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment
• Greet and serve customers promptly and courteously
• Keep the coffee station clean and well-stocked
• Handle cash and POS transactions
• Provide product recommendations and answer customer queries
