Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Baking
3–5 years of bakery or pastry kitchen experience
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
Leadership and time management skills
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Monitor ingredient quality and stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Train and supervise bakery assistants and junior chefs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop new bakery products and seasonal specials
