The Admin Coordinator plays a central role in supporting departmental operations by managing documentation, scheduling, internal communication, and logistics. This position ensures that administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner and that internal teams are supported in their operational needs. The Admin Coordinator also serves as a liaison between departments and helps maintain smooth workflow through consistent communication and documentation handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment
- Support communication between departments and external stakeholders
- Assist in onboarding new employees with documentation and system access
- Prepare and process forms, requests, and administrative records
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support or coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
